The Millanian Reforms will switch the departments, to prefectures, and increase the seats in parliament to 15, and install the two major houses, the house of Prefects, and the house of Nobles. The prefects of the prefectures will also change, and the constitution is to be drafted soon.
The Duchy of Howell will become a sovereign state, under co-millanian-howelli rule, and will join the newly formed Millanian Commonwealth Realm. The constitution will be released on February 28, 2018, and the reforms will come into effect immediately.
The Millanian Imperial Family states that at 7:17 p.m. on February 6, 2018, the Millanian reform bill will enter effect.
