Babou Chakya fills final seat in Parliament

The Right Honourable Sir Babou Chakya, K.O.E.D. Has taken a vacant on behalf of the Millanian Liberal Party. He was let into the Parliament because of a unique law that also allows Knights of the Order of the Great Dragon of the East, as well as Citizens, to take roles in the Government.
