The time has passed again in which the Constituents of this Great Empire vote for the vary leaders they want to represent them in Parliament, and the man or woman to lead them all, the Prime Minister of Millania and New Granada.
As stated in the Constitution, for an election to take place, all of the following must take place;
Voting
(1)Voting must take place in a confidential vote, where people can cast their ballot, ranking parties 1st to last. (First Past the Post was used this election.) (i) Voting fraud is not tolerated by the state.
Candidates
(1)A party’s leader is voted by the members of said party, and the person chosen will become the party’s candidate for Prime Minister.
Election Process
(1) Votes will be counted in municipalities, and then the party with the most municipalities won within the boundaries of a prefecture wins that prefecture. (i) If a vote results in a tie, votes will be counted in the prefecture as a whole.
