TREGUNTER, Saam Fushan – Today, the Ministry of Records received news of the birth of Carmel Ronny Kenjne Kingue on Friday the 17th of April in a Hospital near the border with Fushan Prefecture, the first ever Millanian born child.
She was born to a loving family of Cameroonian descent; Millanian citizen Mrs. Bernadette Kingue Nkoum and her husband Mr. Roni Guedia. Mrs. Kingue was given Millanian citizenship after working on Millanian soil as a domestic helper (essentially a maid) for over a year. The National Government is considering petitioning HIRM the Emperor to grant Mr. Guedia citizenship due to these special circumstances.
Both Mrs. Kingue and Carmel are healthy and well. The National Government wishes the family a happy life.
In other news, negotiations overseen by the Cupertino Alliance have opened between the National Government and the Conservative Government of Kayutsastan, after a short spat between the two entities. It is unclear whether negotiations will be successful. HRH Crown Prince Nicolás is negotiating on behalf of the Union, HE Captain Regent Thomas Kap for the Kayut Conservative Government, and Mr. Jayden Lycon and Mr. Zarel Smith for the Cupertino Alliance.
The negotiations, as Crown Prince Nicolás has revealed, are going well at the moment, and the Conservative Government is considering remaining Millanian on the premise that all members of their government receive full amnesty.
