House Baxter-Bray Founds "Duchy of Charlbrough," begins negotiations

Emissaries from Millania and House Baxter-Bray met in a summit earlier today to negotiate the creation of a new state, the Duchy of Charlbrough. The Baxter-Brays remain loyal to the crown, but want a small state of their own to run, with their own land. The Capital has been christened Rabensklaue.

The new Duchess (and Earl of Rabensklaue), Charlotte Baxter-Bray, is also the CBBP Nominee for Chancillor. She had been negotiating for a state since late November.

The claims of the states have been settled, halving the size of a municipality in Fushan, Millania, placing Charlbrough under the Micronational Development Initiative, and welcoming Charlbrough into the Millanian Commonwealth

Millania is prepared to ally with this new state, and wishes it well on its path. Charlbrough is seen as merely the Baxter-Brays laying claim to their rightful property. However, reunification is not out of the question.
